Exterior overgrown spiral staircases lead directly to the two pergolas, and via their verandas to the respective flats. While all private rooms are oriented away from noise towards the communal courtyard, overhigh living areas with generous studio windows face the city. Specific roof geometries developed from the type of living and program blend into the existing context and locate the two parts of the building along the road junction.
