The project seeks a hybrid typology between the simple housing rows along the Reinacherstrasse, and the industrial buildings of the opposite Dreispitz- Areal. An almost 17m deep house is being articulated in a specific section, that acquires surprising spaces under the jagged roof figure. Three rue interieurs are sufficient to access almost 100 apartment units of different sizes. Collective, overhigh laundry spaces lateral to the staircase cores are being offered for multiple use as spaces of neighbourhood.
